in your house!!
so at an LFS yesterday thati dont usually go to i found salt water flakes. ive been wanting these for awhile cause the the mysis shrimp are such a pain to cut up every night and the make a big mess in the tank. i tried feeding it to my pajama cardinals last night but they appeared to not know how to eat it... they looked at swam around it a bit and left it. should i try mixing it with the mysis shrimp im feeding them? im trying to get them more into the flakes than mysis. thanks guys!

I think you will find that it is trial and error. The flakes are floating and most fish won't d o much about it. They like the things that move in the water column, even the pellets move through the water column. The PJC will take to it after a while, they just don't know what it is yet.

BTW Which flake did you go with?

i got nutrafin max marine flakes. i put them in the filter outtake and goes down and into the power heads path. they were checking it out yesterday i saw one nibble a peice but he spit out and didnt try it again. ill just keep tryin with them till they get it

Sounds like a good idea, and they sound to be responsive.

they are really responsive, one was watching one of my tube worms yesterday it was pretty funny watchin him try to figure it out what it was
