Cory spitting food out his gill?

I put in bloodworms, and some got to the bottom, so my Cory is buzzin around eating them all up. Sometimes he takes in a worm, and about a second later it comes shooting out his gill... does he not like them? Is he having trouble swallowing? The worms are pretty small :confused:

I sometimes get this too..I think its just that he doesn't get it down right..nothing really to work about.. If they are smaller workms he could be trying to suck them down too fast

Is he too stuffed to get it down his throat?

this is a commin problem with my cichlids too, im not sure what it is.

I doubt that he is too stuffed... he does the same thing with flakes though too. He spits them out, then goes back and eats them up, maybe the flakes are too big :confused:
