Gotta Betta! And a HILARIOUS photo...

So my dad has my 5 gallon hex in his office as his office tank. For whatever reason, the cherry shrimp just didn't do well. So, the one cherry left and the brig will be getting a new roommate, and my dads Fathers Day gift, a betta! I didn't have any place to put him, so he's chilling in my 20 gallon until Monday. He is really pretty, like a silvery blue with red tips.

Okay, now this is the funny picture. Look at his mouth!! I guess he was just "ooooo"ing over the MTS. I didn't even know they could round their mouths like that.

Thank you! I was looking for a more unusual color. I've never been very fond of the plain red or blue bettas.

Hey Bio -- Greats Pics! He's a beauty. Sorry to hear the cherries didn't do so well - maybe it was too much radiation from the radiation barrels :) I too love the oo photo - it's like he' saying "Ooo, which one should I taste first?"
