I saw a tv show about a weight lifter who took steroids (http://www.tryingfitness.com/the-man-whose-arms-exploded/)...eventually he got an infection from injecting the steroids and had to have his arm drained. Since he was about half the size of that guy, I doubt someone like that would be able to exist. And if this is a real picture, I doubt they will be alive for much longer...the amount of drugs you would have to take to look like that is ridiculous! And it isn't attractive at all. :headshake2:
