The officer obviously acted badly but my question would be was the person in the ambulance in need of immediate medical attention or just simply being transported as the video says?

The question has nothing to do with the condition of the patient it has to do with the fact the cop didn't even know there was a patient which is wreckless indangerment or neglegence or something.

I still can't get passed how the ambulance would even pull over.... they were both in an emergency, how would he know the cop just wasnt following him to the hospital or wherever??

I am a paramedic and usually will pull over for police whether I'm transporting a patient or not. However, that cop was acting like a total ***hole. I'm sure that the medic in the back of the truck would have told the cop that they were transporting someone. And if it was just a simple medical transport, the ambulance wouldn't have had it's lights on.

The AMBULANCE did not have light or siren in use at the time of the cop attempting to pull it over. This is not NEGLIGENCE nor reckless ENDANGERMENT on the cops part. It is on the part of the driver and the medic in the back. The cop definitely over-reached and over-reacted. Both sides were wrong.

It's crazy , always something new to see on the web. I saw a video of a police helicopter following a suspect using night vision , they were directing the officers on the ground what to do . The suspect was getting cornered and you could see (in the night vision mode) the guy stick the shotgun in his mouth and pull the trigger. Night vision picked up the heat signal of his brains blowing all over the place ! Amazing footage !
Never know what you will see , saw a vid the other day of an Indian guy on top of a train, for some reason , people were trying to get him to get off the train but he stood up and started walking , he reached up as to grab hold of a wire to hold on to as he walked ,not realizing it was the power wire and when he touched it , it was like a bolt of lightning , 2 massive jolts , BAM , BAM ,!!!!!!!!! He was dead before he hit the deck :( Wild reality stuff caught on camera.

first responders with lights on, always have the rightaway. my question is why did the cop not respond to his original call over pulling over an ambulance flicking him off. write the ambulance number and its affiliation down or make a mental note, and charlie mike. he must have been jonesing for doughnuts. but still, dont get into a pissing match with a cop, nevertheless a state trooper. you wont win. and certainly dont become hostile

I think that given the circumstances, the policeman made a bad judgement call.

I saw the same one with the train, Rod, rthe guy was buring in flames for a little while afterward too.... sick thing is, I know someone that actually did that, however, he wasn't killed. He did lose his legs though....
