Got some pretty good shots this evening. Thought I would share. No hail but alot of wind, rain and lightning. Of course I wasn't lucky enough to get a picture of the lightning!

It was pretty awesome! I'm glad it wasn't as dangerous as it looked. A lot of the surrounding counties really got it bad though.
My hubby gets so mad at me when a storm comes up for wanting to stay outside and watch. I just think it's amazing!

I stayed outside on my balcony for hurricane Wilma, (I did have a wall to stay behind) it was and amazing experience. I know it runs in the family now because my daughter tells me that when a storm comes my grandaughter runs outside :)

It sure looked like we were having a hurricane yesterday with that storm. I remember in '04 when we had three hurricanes cross us. I went outside during Charlie and Jeane (sp?)

Mark and Caity-I would have been out there too!
All my kids are scared of storms. My oldest daughter (21) calls everytime a storm comes up. No matter how small a storm it is.

Caitylee, in the paper today they said it was like a small hurricane yesterday. It came through our area with like 60 mph winds .

Our neighbors carport type thing was ripped out of the concrete during the storm. And a tree got up rooted not to far from us. I wouldn't doubt the winds by us were pushing 60. I think we are in for a good hurricane season. Our lakes are so low we need a few hurricanes and tropical storms to pass thru to fill them.
