Wet/Dry for 400G

I am designing a Wet/Dry Filter for a 400G FW tank. This tank will have a moderate load with FW Game Fish. Any idea's on the phisical size, amount of media (bio balls, shutgun wads, etc) and GPH to plan for with a tank of this size?
