crispus can get 24"+ i had one get 28" already but there slow growers in low light, they will boom in medium light.

its a crinum calamistratum, also called an octopus plant by some

Not sure if these plants have been in your tanks long, or if this varies... but do you use CO2/ferts? And, in general, what level of lighting? (low, bright, etc..)
