View Full Version : Suggestions for accurate test kits

BigAlsOnline.Com just discontinued their dry tab test kit line and that's the only test kit I've ever used. Do you know of any other test kits that give accurate readings? Specifically for ammonia, since I have gotten false positive readings before.

Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Master Test Kit has never let me down.

I have the Hagen Master Test Kit...is this any good?

I have AP's master test kit and generally it's good. The only problem I have is that reading pH is little on the hard side. I can't quite decide whether what I'm looking at is more greenish or bluish. It's hard for me to say whether it is 7.2, 7.4 or 7.6...

Other than that, it's very good...
