pre-made lighting fixtures with high-quality reflectors

Are there any pre-made lighting fixtures (not T5) that have high-quality reflectors like the ones available at AH Supply?

I'm aware that I can make my own, but I'd be willing to pay a bit more for a fixture of higher quality than I could build.

You might have to DIY to replace the reflector. Usually the AGA light fixtures have one bulb and ballast sometimes two bulbs and ballasts. It doesn't take too much work to do but you will need a power drill and a drill kit, wire cutters/stripers, and something to measure and mark with. The AHSupply kit will come with instructions but if you are a visual learner you may have trouble with the instructions since there are no diagrams. On the other hand, if you know about electricity you will be fine.
