Went to my LFS yesterday and saw 2 nice german blue ram. After a few minutes of watching them, I decided to pick them up.So, after work today, i went home and see that the 2 lil guys are fighting each other for what seems to be territorial space.

One ram occupies the bottom right side and the other the bottom left. When they get into each others territory, they would go at each other for a few seconds. Its quite interesting and funny to watch but will this be a problem in the long run?

Tanks size is 30W 18H and 12L = 30 gallon.
2 Angels
3 Guppies.

Not with this tank size.

Even without females in the tank each will try to establish a territory of their own, and most likely this behavior will not just stop.

oh ok.

I will monitor them closely and see what happens. So far, it has not been that bad. Looks to be more of a stare down, charging at each other and then backing off.

I have a lot of driftwood and plants in the tank. So hopefully they can take coverage if needed.
