Can I add any Otos?

In my 29G I have 2 angels (they are a pair, but rarely spawn, but do spar frequently) and a BN pleco. I used to have 6 oto's in there, but moved them over to my 55G (although that number is down to 4 as I lost 2 during moves).

Can I add any otos back into the 29G? I don't really want to move the 4 from my 55G, for one thing I don't know if I could catch them without tearing the tank apart.

When they were in there before the BN pleco was not in there. That is really the main reason for me wondering if I can put any back in there again.
