After returning from the Jersey shore, I was wondering, Have alot of people never been to a beach? I mean either the Atlantic, Pacific or the Gulf of Mexico. I grew up on the Jersey shore but I have never seen The Rockys, Las Vegas or the Mississippi River. Just wondering...

Seen the Atlantic, since I live on the East Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. The Mediterranean and the Aegean Sea from Greece, The Mediterranean from Israel and the Red Sea from Egypt. Never seen the Pacific though.

I've been all over the Pacific, from Southeast Asia, to Australia, to Cali. Been to a lot of beaches on/in the atlantic, and sadly they really don't hold a candle.

Been to the Atlantic--used to live about an hour away by car. Seen it from both sides and I must say the English beaches are the funniest I have ever seen! Many of them are pebbles and rocks not sand! Seen the gulf region waters-they are probably beautiful now without the tar and oil floating in them from saddam's armies. The Mediterranean from Italy--BEAUTIFUL!! I have yet to put my toes into the Pacific.
