I have snail leeches- need help

I have snail leeches. Yes, I'm absolutely sure that's what they are.

I googled but can't find much help as to how to get rid of them and if they harm shrimp or not. So does anyone know? Thanks.

Yes, same from before but I wasn't getting much help with my other post. They are in the Glossiphonia genus.

I remove them as I see them. They don't proliferate nearly enough to really swarm you.

I've been doing that. I hope it works. I even took one off of one of my snails.
