Just keep an eye out on your local craigslist. I only look maybe once every 1-2 weeks and I find stuff like this every so often. But I don't always post them up here unless it's a REALLY good steal or else I'd be posting 20 threads every time I surfed craigslist for a day and found a decent deal.
