Engineer Goby Removal??

Does anyone know a reliable way to capture an Engineer Goby? It has reached full adult size and coloration, and has grown large enough to consider cleaner shrimp prey items. I would like to remove it and bring it back to the LFS, so I may stock shrimp again.
 
You may very well have to tank the tank apart to catch it.
remove all hiding places

leave no stone unturned as the saying goes
 
Depending on the size of your tank I would first consider the 1 litre bottle cut and inverted fish trap. I caught a pink Spot Goby this way in a 55.
