Hi Adz,
May I ask why you are adding salt? What species is your shrimp?

the salt is for the fish that share the tank with my amano , cherry and camaroon armoured shrimp.

What fish do you have? Is this fish ill? You haven't answered exactly why you are adding salt.

i thought the fish had mouth and body fungis,
but after 1 week of API melafix and 1 week of API pimafix does not seem to be getting better.
they are congo tetras , cardinal tetras and corys.

Most likely, your case involves columnaris. True fungal infections are hard to come by. I'd separate the affected fish and treat them there with Maracyn and Maracyn 2 combined. There are many treatments that can potentially harm your inverts. Melafix and Pimafix will not do anything to bacterial infections. They're useless in this situation.
so not having a way quarintine the infected fish.
what are my other options if any????
