2Jacked, I felt like we could get more help for your CPD by posting info from your pms to me.
I've gotten pms from 2jacked re his sick CPD and I've been researching growths/lesions to try to help with this but can't find a definitive photograph to help with the diagnosis.
He had already started "Jungle All-In-One" after moving the fish to a hospital tank but it doesn't seem to be helping. I can't find info on Jungle All in One, so I'm not sure what is in that.
I recommended pristine water, and daily water changes in the hospital tank to keep ammonia at 0, until we can figure out what this is, and he has been doing that.
His parameters are being kept pristine, in the hospital and his main tank.
The fish has not been flashing and other than not eating much he is doing well in the hospital tank, but the lesion/growth is getting larger.
2Jacked, If you can provide the following info it may help us:
Can you describe the lesion a little bit more for us. If you could get a closer, clearer picture it would help, but a very detailed description of what you see might help.
Example:
Does the lesion/growth have a fine hair-like fuzzy quality, or more of a warty quality?
Do you see a cottony appearance, or is it filmy?
Do you see any filminess or dull flat areas on the fish in other parts of its body?
Do you see any red or raw areas in it or around it?
Are there any red colorations or streaks anywhere else on the fish?
Is it eating?
Have you seen it poop, and can you describe the poo: normal, stringy, dark, white, mucous-y,
Is his breathing affected: rapid, hanging out at the surface?
Also, are any of the other fish in the main tank showing any symptoms?
If there's a chance it is a bacterial infection we would want to jump on it with broad spectrum antibiotics, but I'm thinking it is likely a parasitic problem and don't want to miss the necessity of treating that as well.
I think this medication would be good to try as it treats parasitic, fungal infections and also helps with secondary bacterial infections. The combination of active meds in it work to give all around treatment since we don't know for sure what it is.
This med is from Jungle Labs.

I would put carbon in the filter and do a big water change in the hospital tank and run it for a while to remove the current meds and then start the new medication. (remove carbon at that time)
If anyone has more knowledge of this issue, or has a better suggestion it is welcome.
2Jacked is trying hard to help his little guy and I hope we can help, too.
I mentioned to the OP that the tank is overstocked, but he has been maintaining excellent water quality and testing with API Master and doing frequent water changes. I advised a minimum of 10 gallons and suggest more as soon as possible, though he does have mostly tiny occupants.
EDIT: Good that you could provide more pics. I hope they will help others that see this post.
