Your best bet maybe on Ebay, you can sometimes find brand new ones for a little of nothing. Just make sure to ask the seller the Expiration dates for the kit.

I just purchased my first FW Master kit. I found it on walmarts site for $17.64. Instead of paying shipping I had it shipped site to store for free.

I think that's the best price I've seen (17.64 at walmart.com) but make sure you check your local store's price. Walmart will straight - up tell you, sometimes the local store price is lower, depending on the market. And no, they won't pricematch themselves.
