Does any else here us cuttle bone for their inverts? i know i do, but i wanted to see if others use it and notice a difference. let me know, any opinion counts. thanks

Well, cuttle bones have a lot of calcium. I don't know if it would help an adult invert with it's shell? (maybe?) But I do believe that it is beneficial for young-juvenile snails when their shells are developing. I guess it's kind of like milk for babies when their growing....strong healthy bones -- strong healthy shell. :)

Its fine. They will graze on it and it will slowly dissolve. Its not as effective as plaster pucks, but certainly not a wasted effort.

Ditto. I quit using it just because it finally dissolved all the way, and I just never got some more. If I think of it when I'm at the LFS next time, I will certainly get it again. It's so cheap that I don't see why not to.
