Depends on the sexes. Male ancistrus (which includes the BN and the medusa) are known to quarrel. But I'm not sure if the territorial behavior would cross over species.
I would do a clown and one of the two other species to play it safe.

Depends on the hiding spots. I had a GN Pleco with a Royal for a little while and they never fought.

So i read about the Clown pleco and it said that they make a lot of wate? Is that true about clown pleco becuase i would love to get one but if they make a lot of wate i don't want one then? Do gold nugget plecos make a lot of wate too? Right now I have 2 brisklenose and I want for sure one Medusa and something eles so can someone plz help me out and tell me what eles i can put in my tank with my two brisklenose plecos now?

All plecos are poop factories. It's part of the description. It's not as bad as some would make it seem, though. Whether the medusa will get along with the BN depends on the gender of both, along with the personality of the individual fish, the size of the tank, and the number and type of hiding spots available.
