I've got a 44g pentagonal tank. It's 20" wide and deep and 24" tall (roughly). I've only 96W of light for it, so, I plan to have some shrooms and maybe some zoas in the top. I've got an aquaclear 70 for filtration.
I plan to have about 60lbs of live rock and 40 pounds of sand (about 2-3 inches) and liverock rubble in the aquaclear.
The fish stocking will be dependent on my son. I need brightly colored, visible, moderately active, relatively peaceful fish that don't get too big for the tank.
I obviously have to have a nemo. I'm thinking an Ocellaris for that.
I'd like to have a blenny or goby. Maybe a yellow watchman or an orange spot.
A peppermint shrimp will probably have to be in the tank as well.
Then I was thinking about a trio of chalk bass or blue-green chromis.
Is that too much? Are there other small bright fish that I may be able to get?
Thanks
