Hello,

Does anyone know how fast young red cherry shrimp grow? I am thinking about buying some of these but they are only about a quarter of an inch long. How long would it typically take for them to grow out to full or near full size?

it takes a few months if you have tank temps high

Raising the tank temp also shortens life span ;) I would say it would take about 6-8 weeks for them to reach about adulthood and start reproducing in your tanks from the typical shipping size.

Yup 6 to 8 weeks at around 75 F.
