np on the paragraph, but try and turn caps lock off next time ;-) Most of the plants you've listed don't actually get trimmed.
micro swords send out runners, so you just thin it as you need to.
amazons shouldn't be touched unless they divide and you want to propagate by splitting it.
wysteria is kept healthiest by trimming off the bottom and replanting the top.
Mint I'm actually not sure about.
Hair grass is much like the micro swords
tiger lotus, don't trim. remove leaves as they/is they expire
crypts same as lotus
java fern don't realy touch. It'll make little babies on the ends of the leaves that as they mature you can propagate
moss balls don't do anything to but clean when you do a water change
rotalia you can either snip off the bottom and replant the top, or snip off the top and replant it making two stems instead of one. Or you can jsut snip off the top and discard it, but the top is usually the most attractive growth on stem plants so that's why I discard the bottoms instead.
mystery plant, if it's a stem plant, I would treat jsut like the rotalia. that's standard guidelines for any stem plant.
so basically, rooted plants don't get trimmed, grasses jsut get thinned, and stem plants can be trimmed anywhere and then it's up to you what you want to do with the pieces.
