mine eats frozen, and theyre easier to train than mandarins

Nice specimen! I'd love to have a scooter blenny in my future 14g nano but i've heard they're hard to feed like mandarins are. You say your red scooter has been switched to frozen food? How long have you had it now? Great photo btw!

Dragonets are grazers... I've heard of many instances where a dragonet starved even though it is eating prepared foods. They still need a sizeable pod population to support their feeding habits.

hes lived for over a month in a tank with just about no live rock in the store, but i certianly agree with you. im setting up a mysis/ mixed pod culture later this week.

ya, im getting a small shipment later on this week, probably some kind of small jar like contraption with some fancy rock in it or something haha, we will see

set up a little tank for them with cheato and lr with a little bubbly thing going on but i ended up putting most of them into the tank where theyre now gone, despite three daily feedings. i hope the culture takes off.
