I got a male and female pair.
They are such sweet little fish, always watching me. They do not have a swim bladder, so they just kind of hop around.
For now, they are in a 10 gal tank of there own. My original plan was to put them in my 65 gal with mystery snails, but I have read mixed reviews on whether they will eat mystery snails.
If anyone knows if it would be safe to house them with snails, let me know.

They look awesome I love the red on the fins, can we see a full tank shot please ; )
 
Full tank shot.... Tank has only been setup for a couple weeks, so had to steal plants from other tanks.

Funny thing, I have tanks of tropical fish. These are my first native American fish.
They have such personality, it makes me want to look into other native American fish.
