I got these guys from 2 completely different breeders, they have already spawned, seemed to be VERY good parents.. hovered over the eggs religiously for 2 days but because of my hardwater the eggs didn't hatch. I have the pair of long fin rams that I am really trying to breed and these guys are just beating them up =( So i guess my loss if someone else's gain.. I have them listed on Aquabid here $150 obo I have more pictures if people want to see them but here are the male and the female hovering the last batch of eggs.

Female:

Feel free to PM me with any questions =)

At this point, it doesn't matter where the rams came from they are still very closely related. They are most likely brothers and sisters. The supply coming into this country is very limited.

WOW!! Congrats on the spawn. I cannot see all of the eggs, but their looks to be at least 200+. I am sorry they did not make it though. That is a very nice pair. Bump for you. You cannot find these guys in NC, or at least I can't. I would buy them if I had the money. Good luck with the sale.

That's what I figured/was told too until they were next to each other in my tank and they are 2 totally different colors of blue the female is actually tealish and the male more of a baby blue, it's hard to get good pictures that do them any justice.

I think I would be open to trading these guys for a ro/di unit as well =) let me know what you have if you're interested!

For all posting in sale threads, please focus your comments to the sale itself IF you are interested in making a purchase. Other related discussion topics should be discussed either in one of our fishkeeping forums or by private message.

Please also refrain from critiquing a seller's price. The seller gets to set whatever price they wish. Either make the purchase or kindly move on.

Further discussion points made in this thread NOT relating to an actual purchase will be deleted.

Thanks everyone.

If you'd take $60 for them shipped I would use them in my ram breeding program. Probably cross the male out with a gold female or something and see what results.

Thanks for the interest in them, but I spent $80 on them plus time, and money on food, electricity to have another tank running, water changes, ect. so I wouldn't take less than $100 =)
