Mixing Doradidae?

If you really like them I'd get a couple more and set the tank up with plenty of cover for breeding. The will spawn in aquariums, and the fry/juvies tend to be much less nocturnal than the parents.
Otherwise, the different species are fine together as long as they all have suitable cover. They aren't as territorial as Synodontis.

On PC it said of breeding Platydoras armatulus: " Fry have been found in the aquarium, however spawning behaviour was not observed and is therefore unknown." Any info you have would be appreciated. :)
Cheers

I haven't bred them myself, but earlier this year there was a tankful of juvies someone had spawned and brought to the lfs. I'll see if I can get any info on the setup. The juvies were good-sized, not small fry, and were happily swimming all around rather than hiding like they usually do during the day.
