smaller dwarfed animals are a bit testy,.. is he neutered? if not then he's just felling his oats,.. and really he won't stomp it will get worse,..
i have raised and bred and showed registered ARBA rabbits for years,i had over 100 brood does at one time, well before my kids ,lol...
if neutering don't stop it then just retire him to just more of a distant pet,. some will turn very vicious,.. i had my best netherland dwarf buck, hated all men and would attack drawing blood and gaping wounds,.. he was a mere 1 and 3/4 pounds,..
but wound never harm me, of course i bottle fed him and his 6 brothers and sisters,..
try not to hit as they see this as a return attack and fight more,.. use something that smells like strong absorbine jr. on a rag and don't pick him up to handle just let him come to you only as a nice bunny if he goes to bite bring the soaked rag that smells up to him but not touch him with it,..
as it will burn his eyes and nose tissues,..
if this dose not work, then just keep him in an outside pen OR in shed pen and leave him to his own except for normal care and don't try to make a puppy out of him,.,. some rabbits don't like this others do they have their own personality,..
also have his teeth been checked to make sure he doesn't have wolf teeth? as in misaligned teeth that grow into gums and not wear away?
they need wood to chew on as they really are just big rats and their teeth keep growing,..
if you have a apple tree near prune some finger sized branches off and let him chew the bark and wood off,.. its also good for them,..
also he needs a miner salt block not white,.. ad NO simple or compound sugars,.. as this can kill them,.. nothing made for us,.. just made for animals,.. or nature made IE apples and the such,..
also some hay is needed to keep them from getting hairballs,.. not a common in rexes but they do get them,..
