Hey, my friend has a 50 gallon terrarium he doesn't need any more, Its in pretty good condition and seems to hold water pretty well but there might be a small leak I can't tell yet. Would I be able to fix it up with silicon? Or should I just not use a Terrarium and get rid of it all together? Thanks a ton!-- Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Edit: also I know that it is Tempered glass-- I know that means I can't drill it but I didn't want to anyway-- Does that cause any other sort of problems?

If it does leak, you'll have to cut way the silicone around the offending area and reseal it (again, with just plain acetic acid-curing silicone).

It might be more trouble than it is worth, because I know most aquarium standards are not met with tanks made specifically for terraria. In other words, they don't have to manufacture it to actually be able to hold water.
