My LFS has a little pot of glosso in the plant tank for sale, and I have a 10gal dwarf puffer tank. What do I need to know about taking care of this plant? I've heard all sorts of things: that it's easy, that it's difficult, that I shouldn't even attempt it without LOTS of light. . . .and I was wondering what everyone's experience with the stuff was.
As an aside, I am about to rip out all of my hygrophilia (2 tanks have it) and throw it out. It's messy, it can't decide if it wants it's leaves to face the same direction, and I'm tired of looking at it. And all the little bitty flowers it makes clog filter intakes and get causght in my moss. Is this normal for this plant, or am I doing something wrong?
