I've had this tank setup for a few months now, and seems to be fine. Just curious on everyone's thoughts for the stocking list

1 - Balloon Molly
1 - Dalmation Molly
2 - 2 Smaller Mollies
4 - Platys
2 - Gold Snails
1 - Redtail Shark
1 - Pictus Cat

Have 5 or 6 fake plants, and about 10 pounds of clear quartz that's been cut up to make caves and hiding spots.
 
The Shark and Pictus are too big and active for a 20h.
 
I kept a RTS with an apistogramma for the last 4 months. I have only moved the Apisto out to keep my 29 gallon cycled. I did have a rock cave set up that provided a place for the Apistogramma to hide and play in that the shark could not get into.

What kinds? SA/CA could mean anything from Jags to rams. With many common SA/CA cichlids, a pictus should be fine. You might even want to get him a couple buddies for the 55

Not sure on the stock for the 55 yet, there's a lot of variety out there. I know for sure that the pictus will be going in there, probably with two more, a royal pleco, and probably 10-15 cichlids.
