wakin with fungus

I don't know what I did, but when I tried to post a reply to my previous post, I lost everything. So I'm starting over. Sorry.
I have a wakin pond fish that developed what appeared to be fungus. Long string, cottony material on both sides of her body. I put her in a 10g treatment tank in salted water. I used fungal cure (acriflavine) as directed. I have finished the treatment according to the box and she is acting better, eating better (also feeding koi medicated food) and the material on her sides is shorter and a lot of it has disappeared. There is still some there though. Any advice as to whether I should treat again, try a different med, continue with salted water and med food or something else. I attempted to take some pics. She was not very cooperative.
