I want to order some rummynose rasboras from the Invertz Factory. Has anyone bought from them? They are good about answering emails and answering questions but has anyone actually gotten anything from them?

I've bought from them in the past, and was greatly satisfied. The fish were very carefully packed, and they even sent some extras. Beyond that, they were very patient with me, and were even willing to pick out certain fish based on my specifications. All in all, it was definitely a positive experience.

I ordered my dario dario from them ( wished I got extras, lol). I got 6 dario dario, 5 looked healthy while one was a runt and was very lethargic. Inverts Factory is VERY fast on emails and replying back and even refunded the runt dario dario. They are active on theplantedtank and I believe they have a selling threads category but they do take orders through emails.
Satisfaction is 100%, and I am actually planning to place another order plus they do have cheaper prices than I seen from other online retailers.

I have an order from them that should arrive with in the next day or two. I think the best thing about them is that they guarantee priority shipping, because I couldn't afford to buy fish online with express shipping. If you want to know more about them, they have their own forum on theplantedtank.net. They even ask what people want them to order. I have been very impressed with their service so far and I will edit this post when my package arrives.
I have had a rather negative experience with them, but that was a year ago when they were still starting up (I think). I've heard mostly positive things about them since.
