Ebay AC 50 Powerhead $19 seller want to renegotiate

I bought a buy-now New AC 50 for $19 plus $7 shipping and after 17 days claims the package was returned by USPS who is refusing to resend the package unless a new postage rate is paid. In his emailed and told me out of courtesy will resend if I am willing to pay half the new shipping and will let me know the new price once I have agreed to pay.

I told him that unless he refunds my Paypal account is refunded by COB today I will be filing a formal dispute and claim because renegotiating on email is wrong. That if he dose refund me I will not post any feedback and I can learn my lesson and he can resell his AC 50.

I think Im just going to buy one on pet mountain as I need it for my 80 tank to boost DO. Anyone know if the bubble output between the AC50 and AC30 is that significant, also anyone know if the AC70 is much better or on par with the AC50?

if he would have sent it to the correct address you wouldnt have this problem. he screwed up he pays to resend it - NEXT ......... :)

No it just not worth getting upset over as I have a bad military temper that I thought I had subdued. That kind of stress is not good for anyone so better to let the deal go then argue over $4.50. In the end we both ended the day on a positive note and did not let the sun go down on our anger.:sick:

Well all is not lost I just found and bought another one from a different seller for $15 plus $8. Only this one is an AC-70. This one will be for the 237 tank now I need to find 1 more AC 50 for my 80 tank. Now hopefully no more issues with being asked for more money (reputation 98.6). These power heads raise dissolved O2 like nothing I have ever used before.
