Is there a cat that would be good with snails, temp of 76-86f, and 4 kuhli loaches.
Iam still in planning stages, got cycled tank.

Stay away from pandas, they are more temperature sensitive and prefer cooler temperatures. I think you have lots to choose from......various anaeus, sterbai, peppered, false juli, etc., etc.. Have you seen anything in particular that catches your eye?

Well Debbi if there is a mid level or top water catfish that can take the warm temp of 86f, would be awesome. filter is a sponge filter operated by power head rated for 30 gallon tank so it gets plenty of filtratioon and this power head also provides O2 because it has a tube that sucks air into the tank.
Tank gets so warm due to the heat around here and i don't havean efficent and economical way of cooling except a fan wich will keep it averaging at 84f.

The cories that reportedly do the most mid level tank swimming are habrosus and pygmaeus...both pygmy cories....and both will not like that warm water. The most comical and active and goofy cory in my opinion is the albino anaeus cory. They are the most active and the most entertaining. I kept a small group in my 86f discus tank without issue.

would it be alright if i mix the albino aneus and sterba's cory together, how many should I have of cory's altogether I was hoping one of each would do.

I would not recommend just one of each. They will be lonely for their own kind, and I don't think you would see their true happy behavior. I would get 3 of one kind. At some point those kuhlies are going to get to be 4" and you're going to have to upgrade the tank to accomodate them. Then you could add a second variety of cory.

Hara hara, Hara jerdoni, or a banjo cat would be fine in a 10.

Hara jerdoni or pygmy cories are the only common ones I can think of, but only if you toned down the heat a bit. Any reason it's so high? Natural heating, perhaps?

The tanks temprange of 76-86f is due to the warmth of the room, and there is not an economical and reliable way to keep the tank below 82f so i have a perfect warm water fish tank just need to find warm water cats that are common in the hobby. this time my tank is 25 gallons upgraded from the ten gallon, so far iam thinking of bn pleco, but if their is another cat that will do temps of my temp range and stay under 6 inches. would be great.
read more on the corys and they just don't seem to be my type of cat.

sterbai can withstand higher temperatures hence the reason why few discus keepers have those in the tanks due to high temp requirements of the discus

I recently received a shipment of small catfish (max size 2.5") that would be suitable for that size tank and temp. Here's a link to the thread w/pics: http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=203213
I have more than I need, wouldn't mind moving along a few, also have plenty of juvie BN pleco's available if you're interested in any of those. Regular browns are $2.50, albino's $3.50, average size is about 1.25-1.5".

thanks todddnbecka , but i don't want to add seroius fish until spring, tank will have aged well enough and i will other questions answerewd about my setup.
Is 10gallons enough for Corydoras? They can be quite active- especially at warmer temperatures. I'd think a dwarf Pleco would make more sense a BN or a Bulldog- although the heat may be a little too much for them.
What about glass catfish... perhaps the most boring catfish alive- but they are small- not overly active and probably wouldn't mind the smaller confines... don't know their temp range though.
