I currently have about 100 pounds of dead rock from when I broke my tank down about 6 years ago. I am now in the process of setting up a 90 gal reef ready and want suggestions on where to get good quality rock to seed the dead rock.
Is the Tampa Bay saltwater the best source for it?
When I set up years ago, it was legal to buy wild collected Florida worm rock. The attraction,for me anyway, was the amount of life on it, and the fact it was shipped in 24 hours without any life being stripped from it.
Any input for a wild or aquacultured source will be appreciated.
