I reciently got a bunch of star grass from a friend (thats what he called it) he was going to throw a bunch away so I took it off his hands for him. I got it in clumps, rinsed it off and put it in my tanks. The fish have burrowed through it though and have spread it out a bit.
Can somebody tell me a bit about this stuff. I think its been doing alright in my tanks. I have incandescant lighting. The tanks are 10gal and 5gal and the snails don't seem to be eating this stuff.
Also are there any aquarium plants that kill snails? I lost a fairly new snail just a little while ago.
