Well I have successfully moved all three of my rather small tank. But all of the fish are happy. Yesterday was the 6 hours of fun for the white clouds and cory catfish. I think the catfish were the most scared of the bunch. The ice cream container stuffed with plants method seemed to work great.

Congrats! Moving aquariums can be a very big job. It always seems to take longer than expected too.

You would not believe how much an 'empty' 125 gallon tank weighs........ Setting it down on the stand was tough too..

yea i know, i didnt think one would weigh that much too. only doing acrylic for anything over 60 now its like probably a third the weight. too bad about being double the price :(
Thank goodness I have only had the room for some 5 gallons and a 10 gallon so far. I have been waiting for something more permanent to get a bigger tank and the greatest school of white cloud minnows ever assembled.
I can only be fearful of the move of a 125 gallon tank. :eek:
