Hello,
I started a small (10G) saltwater tank and i got some live rock, and on this rock i see what you see in the picture.
Can anyone explain to me what it is, and if it is a good or a bad thing.
If i should do something to get rid of it and what?

You have a nice grouping of cluster green bubble algae (Valonia sp.) and yes it is bad. The easiest way to treat for it is to remove the rock and physically remove the bubble algae - DO NOT do that in the tank because when you burst the spheres you spread it in your system. Emerald crabs help keep down the growth but are not fool proof.

Agree^
Scrub the rock with a stiff brush in a bucket of tank water until all the 'bubbles' are removed. Rinse the rock off and put it back in the tank.
