This plant is way to big for my tank now! All the leafs are bad because the only ones left are the ones from a while ago (after its last root/Leaf trim), and all the huge leafs that stayed in the tank i cut because they were shading everything, and they where about 10 inches long and probibly 5 inches wide. And now no leafs form in the tank. Im getting tired of trimming the roots ever few months to keep it managable. I have a 55g tank, and its going to need a much taller tank, at least 2.5 ft high. The plant itself just now is about 2 ft and the big leafs are not growing because it goes out of the water before the leafs form (like in picture) i cant image how big the ones would be growing out of the tank, if they had a chance. I think it would be best if i cut all the leafs and send it. They grow back fast. And I'm looking to trade for something to fill that hole. Maybe a smaller sword or something. If i trim the leafs, shipping shouldn't be more than 7$ and i live in Utah.
