So I originally planned on setting up a small 10 gallon dwarf puffer tank, but I cannot find those fish ANYWHERE, so I've decided on tackling brackish and doing a Figure 8.

What is a good size tank for a F8? I live in an apartment, so space is limited. I was thinking under 30 if possible, preferably a 15 or 20 gallon.

Can I keep plants? Other puffers? Other fish (either shoaling or gobies) What kind of substrate and lighting?

15 gallons. For 1 puffer fish.

A 20 long would be a good tank for a single F8. I would go up to 30 if you can, but that's just me.

This is a good starting place to research them: http://www.thepufferforum.com/forum/ug.php/v/PufferPedia/Brackish/T_Biocellatus/

So the 15 is too small for one, even with good filtration?

And could I keep a Bumblebee Goby or other small fish with it?

And are there any supplements for live crustacean?

15g is fine for a singleton--no tank mates.
