I added 3 new neon tetras to my tank tonight. I already had one but I knew they were schooling fish so I decided to add another 3 tonight. Anyway I added the fish with a net because I heard that dumping the water could result in bacteria or viruses in from the dealer.

Now my old neon is dying... seems something is wrong with the swim bladder because it couldnt stay upright in the main tank. It was fine before I added the new fish. I've isolated it and I'm keeping a close watch. It seems to be doing a little better but still looks bad.

All of the other fish in the main tank are doing very well... any ideas on what's happening?

Tank conditions? Swim bladder problems are often the result of poor water conditions. A bacterial infection seems likely-unrelated to the new fish.
