I'm not sure what to do, one of my female guppies got stuck to the filter intake. I got her off and she's still alive 2 nights later. I dont want to flush or kill it, since she's still trying to swim around and trying to eat. Think she has a chance of surviving this or not???? :confused: Onna

Give her a chance she has made it this far. Hate to loose a fish soooo bad. She might be hurt for life so make it a good life for her.
I had a small cory that got stuck in an under gravel tube for at least a week. I thought he had died and been eaten when he disappeared......... When I was cleaning my tank almost a week later I found him. When I freed him, he was missing a lot of his skin and was stuck in a U-shape. Since I am a softy, I could not flush him. Slowly but surely, his skin grew back, his spine straightened up, and the thing lived another 2 years. He did look funny trying to swim around shaped like a U for days though..... :p Give your fish a little longer. As long as it does not look diseased, and is trying to live, there's a chance it will recover. :D
