What can I keep with 2 silver fin sharks, aruis jordani? I had to move them to a different tank as I think they were the cause of several cases of missing fish syndrome. They are a little too large for they 29 gallon they are in (they are about 5") I don't think I can move all the rest of my fish to the 29 and put the sharks in the 60. HAs anyone else had experiences of violence form these fish? If I do move them to a bigger tank, will they be okay with black ghost knife fish and peacock eels? I am considering getting those.
I am pretty sure the sharck can handle 2 dojo loaches, as there is already one suicidal one in with them (He Jumped out of the 60 gallon, so I put him in the 29 to heal, and he's been there for 4 months)

Any other tankmate suggestions or avoidances will be greatly appreciated.

Youy'll eventually have the exact opposite effect if you put them in with a black ghost knife... they eat just about anything.

Those sharks are cool, but they are natural predators who will eat fish much larger than you would expect!! They are very efficient at clearing a tank also!!

They have poor eyesite, so they sometimes don't know how big a fish is until they get it in their mouth... I'm had them swim around for days with a fish about their same size sticking out of it's mouth... eventually it eat the whole thing tho!!

IMO, you should only put them in a tank with larger fish and then not with other predators or someone will get killed.

Good luck,

I have two of those sharks. They're brackish fish and can also be turned into salt water as they age. Mine are small and I have them in with a mono and two knight gobys. They're all getting along quite well
