Hey y'all.
I know you might say "OH POSH DON'T WORK ON TWO PROJECTS AT THE SAME TIME" but here's what's happened.
My neighbor (legendarygecko) had to return his frog back to me even though he didn't want to and it has been sitting in a 10 gallon in my room for a week or two. I have been taking good care of it, but I want to put the frog in a larger space outside. It's totally fine because my dad pimped up the fence near my pond earlier this summer and normally the frogs stay in the water because they're afraid of humans. What do I do?

If the frog stays in the pond, lemme know! I'd say by the way you wrote on the question, you have a pretty good vision of option number 2

Why not just put it in your big pond? I honestly don't know if there would be a reason not to. I know very little about frogs, but I was wondering..
I'd take it to a busy highway and make it cross the street over and over again.
Frogs are great at dodging traffic by moving sideways in pace with the cars and trucks and moving forward only when a space is available.
Don't worry. If it gets run over- remember that they start out with 3 lives but can gain more lives simply by crossing the street enough times.

Why don't you just put the frog in the pond and call it a day.

Is it a native frog?

set it free in your basement, and see what type of habitat it creates, then apply for federal funding for a wildlife refuge.. then you'll have money to build a pond in the hback yard, and in the meantime, the frog wont get away...
what kind of frog is it anyway?

How many people actually remember frogger?

I wondered that myself before I hit "send" I figured my comment would probably be lost on anyone younger than about 25.

I'm actually keeping my neighbor's Japanese goldfish in there until it grows big enough to go back in his HUGE koi pond. It would be too much. The frog would just hide somewhere in the pond and do nothing anyway. So yeah, I'll dig a 2ft-2.5ft pond in the back of my garden when it cools down.
What's with all these weird a** suggestions?

Also, it's a 1.5/2.0 inch bullfrog that I purchased as a tadpole in November. It's okay, it won't escape because it grew up in my pond. I already have some plastic black liner and I talked over the idea with LifelessForm a while back and he said that's fine for such a shallow pond providing it doesn't get very cold where I live (Long Beach, California.) If I can successfully dig the pond I will post pictures. Since I've read that bullfrogs live in still waters, I will use my old ten gallon filter for the pond and get a lot of plants/a large board for cover.

First when I read that other post referring to Frogger I was like "What." but then I finished reading it and was still like "what." and also "I see what you did there."

ok hear me out, build a stable near the pond, stock with a horse, fix the ten g to the horses sadle and have the frog live in there. while the horse moves the frog will get motion sickness and he'll forget all about his pond, plus it will make him ten times greener!

Okay, U returned it to the main pond because our cat was harassing it too much, and I bought a 20 gallon black container for the frog to stay in. I have everything set, and I have a lot of filters/airstones. Enough to actually start several mini tanks. I have this top fin/tetra 10/15 gallon HOB/whisper filter from a ten gallon starter kit (it has the "15" on top of the cover so it's probably a 15 gallon) and this Elite mini filter (http://www.amazonmoosey.com/images/products/haga130.jpg) that works REALLY GOOD for even ten gallons. The first filter is not set up and the second one is so which one do you think I should use? I also don't know how I set up that first filter so I was more bent on using the smaller second one.
