Showcase fish with shellie colony

Well, guess I'm picking up a 66g in the next couple of weeks, which frees up a 29 for a little shellie brood I wanted to try. Planning on a group of 5, but wanted a couple of mid-top fish to go with them, something that maxes around 4-5"

Anything that would co-exist with them? (tang preferred, but I can go with something else that can handle the pH

How about some Cyp. leptosoma? Great midwater fish, almost never near the bottom, same water, food, and temp needs. That would be my vote anyways.
