Control Salt Mess

Alright, I've had salt water fish for over 6 years now. I started out with CC and changed over to LR and LS about 1.5 years ago. I have a skimmer, 2 power heads and an emporer filter for circulation. Its now that I need to know how I can do away with all the salt splatter and buil up up around the rim of the back of my tank. I didn't notice the salt build up till I put a skimmer in the picture, at least I don't remember having to clean up the mess as bad I should say. I have salt everywhere, on the wall behind the tank. Does anyone have a cure for this problem?:confused:

is there any water splashin out of the tank? or like a little mist of water from the powerheads or filter?

cover ur tank better, salt dont evaporate,actually alittle bit will if theres objects above the water, the salt will get on there sooner or later

get a fresh water tank......... lol, sorry could not help myself. Salt will evaporate, just not as quick as water will. If ya dont think so, take a cup of salt water, and dangle a string above it for about a month or two, you will have a pretty little stalagtite. I do now know how to do away with this, but cover you tank better to reduce the problem
