I have a small tank with 5 shrimp. Following advice I have
chosen to have them grow before adding them to my
community tank. Yesterday 1 of my zebra's died, leaving
me with 1 zebra and 4 cherries. My guess is that he was
old. I bought the zebra's from a local place last thursday.
I also bought some java moss there.

This morning I noticed some tiny snails and then a hair thin
white squiggly thing, I guess is a worm. I can't get a picture
of it since its so small, but I did notice a couple others. That
one dug itself into the sand and others are on the tank walls.

Are these yummy treats for my shrimp or dangerous???
Any advice is welcome.

I think they are planaria. Did some research.
Anyone successfully treated a shrimp tank with
Fenbendazole/Panacur/Safeguard? Just scared
about dosing. My tiny tank is only 3gallons with
some sand so probably less than that.

It's most likely planaria, don't worry they're ok in really small numbers. Just don't overfeed and do extra water changes and gravel vacs if you want to decrease the population.
