Black algae

I have a black algae problem. It mostly grows at the bottom, on top of substrate. It also grows on my two pieces of driftwood.
My tank is 18 months old, planted, pressure CO2, 125 gal.

sounds like blackbeard algae. I don't know how to get rid of it so someone else please chime in

Flourish Excel should work. Also how much co2 are you running? I had that kind of algae and turned up the co2 to 25-30 ppm and dosed excel and it went away.

I use Excel weekly 50 ml. CO2 I keep the PH 6.5 to 6.6.
